1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

Perishable pet food or treats.

Opened grooming or hygiene products.

Personalized, custom, or sale items.

Gift cards.
3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
